Brainwavz BLU-200 Wireless Earphones Review*

02:08

The people at Brainwavz have sent me another set of their earphones to review, this time some wireless in-ear earphones. Which comes packed in a hard back case complete with different sized ear buds.

The sound is reasonably clear. I mean, i wouldn't say it provides the best sound I have ever heard and would defiantly say it could be improved but that's probably because I have use a wide variety of earphones over the years. Even though the sound quality could defiantly be improved it is still sufficient to be able to enjoy music and other forms of media clearly and sharply.

I must say that the comfort of the BLU-200 is so much more adequate than the previous Brainwavz S1 Earphones I reviewed last year. The BLU-200 again comes with multiple sized ear buds to find the perfect fit. The earphones sit tightly in your ear and are quite light as well. Since these earphones are wireless it is extremely lightweight and (unless you're some kind of sorcerer) near impossible to get tangles in your pockets. Wait, that sounds like a challenge...

These earphones use Bluetooth to connect to your devices which works really well, as long as you can figure out how to connect them. All you have to do is turn on Bluetooth on your selected device and then turn on the earphones and connect them up. This is easy to do on phones and tablets but, in my experience, can prove tricky on a laptop. Or maybe it's just me? I mean, it's not like I'm a tech blogger or anything.

The BLU-200 earphones currently retail for $54.50 on their website. This prices seems fair for a pair of light weight, wireless earphones. Especially when it comes with a hard case and multiple sized spare buds. To grab yourself a pair of your own please check out the Brainwavz website here.
